Instructions after implant placement
- Rest for the rest of the day after surgery.
- Avoid strenuous work and travel for the next 48 hours and refrain from strenuous exercise for 1 week after surgery.
- Healing is faster when you get adequate rest.
- After staying in a horizontal position for a long time, it is advisable to get up slowly to avoid getting dizzy.
- The stitches are removed in 7 days.

The duration of the procedure depends on the number and type of implants. Usually, however, the procedure lasts from a few months to a year.
Proper oral hygiene, including brushing, fasting and flossing, is essential. You also need to follow your dentist's instructions for care and check-up appointments.
Recovery time after implant placement varies depending on the patient and the procedure. Usually, there is a period to allow the bone to integrate with the implants before the prosthetic teeth are placed, and this can take from a few months to a year.
